I'm Sarah Line
After spending the earlier part of my life working in humanitarian projects worldwide, I finally settled down with my first corporate job.
However, I was BORED and unengaged, and I saw many client companies that we worked with struggling to create productive and engaging environments too. I couldn't understand why companies were willing to lose so much money not investing into their employees potential. Every day was a struggle for me. I kept thinking there had to be more to life.
I continued with my passion project- leading trips where I would invite everyone and anyone to join.
Through these trips, I led hundreds of individuals through quickly building trust, overcoming fears, adapting new mindsets, and transforming their perspectives to become unstoppable.
I decided to apply my real-life experience of calming fears and coaching teams through challenges to Boredroom Breakouts, so that companies of all sizes could quickly and easily create more cohesive teams who had FUN together and were more productive - offering a win-win-win solution for all involved in this sometimes miserable concept we call "work".
